As an administrative trustee, Magnolia Trust would have no discretion and we would be serving in a fully directed capacity. In such case, our fee for fully directed trusts would apply.
As stated above, our fees for services as trustee are charged based on a percentage of the trust assets in accordance with our published fee schedule. Our service offering can be customized to meet the client’s needs, and all fees for services are, in an effort to encourage transparency, documented through an engagement letter at the inception of the relationship.
Our reporting protocol is flexible and can be customized to fit the client’s needs as well as advisory partner’s needs. Typically, clients receive statements on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. Client statements are available in paper or electronic format.
