Magnolia Trust Company is committed to protecting client information and, as described below, has established a policy regarding how we collect, use and maintain information obtained during our relationship. 

What Information We Collect: 

To provide our services, we may collect certain non-public information from clients. Such information may include client names, addresses, account numbers and social security numbers as well as transaction data and data obtained from third parties. 

Use and Disclosure of Information: 

Magnolia does not sell client information to any party. All non-public information collected by Magnolia Trust Company is considered highly confidential. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect client data and information and limit access to those employees or service providers with a need to access such information. 

Magnolia Trust Company may, in some cases, share client information with outside parties only for purposes of providing fiduciary administration and advisory services for your account in the normal course of account administration. These parties may include custodians, securities brokers, investment advisors, auditors, accountants, attorneys or other third parties as required to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements. 

As Magnolia Trust Company does not disclose any client information to third parties beyond what is necessary in the ordinary course of business or as required by law, there is not an “Opt Out” provision from our privacy policy.
